The piece is marked on the back with the 458 and on the front with the Fred Everett 34. The piece is all original with no repainting done. There is wear to some of the points of the door stop, mainly the tip of the beak, top of the grass on the back edge and a couple places to the head. The rest of the body is in near excellent condition. The pheasant is about 8 1/4 inches tall , 7 inches long and about 3 1/2 inches deep. There are no cracks , no chips, and no repairs to the piece.
