This is a great old time vintage elephant still bank. Cleaning an uncles home we found two of theses in his attic. We were able to date back to him owning this in the late 1930’s early 40’s. Eavy weight cast iron. Weighs over 5.5 lbs. Smooth finish with very nice details. You can see primarily black and a very slight warm rust patina of brown here and there. All seams are solid tight with 1 screw at side. Would make a wonderful door stop as well. Measure roughly: 10 length x 8. Trunk raised upwards symbolizes good luck!
