This is a beautiful ANTIQUE CAST IRON PAINTED FRUIT TREE IN HANDLED BUCKET DOOR STOP. The paint work and casting detail is VERY well done. It is BIG at 13.25, and VERY heavy at 5 1/2lb / 2.5kg. This is a piece of Art, nicely done. There is no casting number or foundry mark on the back or base of it that I can see. I think it’s in great condition and very well done, from the bucket to the leaves and fruit to the bark… You must be the judge. There is some oxidation, mainly between the leaves, but still retains most of it’s original paint.
