German Shepherd Cast Iron Doorstop Face Forward Not sure of the mfg. Here is a very nice all original cast iron German Shepherd doorstop. This is the harder to find – straight facing doorstop. Size is 13″ across and 10″ tall. Condition is excellent – as seen in the pictures. No breaks, cracks or repairs. Paint is worn in spots. This is a great gift idea for the dog lover. Rare Patinated Cast Iron Castle Speaker Front could be used as a Doorstop

Rare Patinated Cast Iron Castle Speaker Front. Castle with seven turrets and two flags. On base, crossed arms with shield marked “TOWER”. Two trumpeters at the base. Base attached with two screws. Possibly had bumpers on reverse originally. Dimensions: ring 17 1/2″ in diameter; 17 3/4″ high; base 6 deep. Condition: excellent vintage condition, with small spot of oxidation? This stunning vintage cast iron door stop is Hubley’s model #381, which is the very rare larger sized front-facing Fox Terrier model from the 1920’s to 1930’s. The extra large profile measures approximately 12″ long by 10″ high by 4 deep, and it weighs about 9 pounds! It has excellent detailed workmanship from the tip of his nose to his toes. Even the fur is three-dimensional! The hand painted eyes, ears, pink tongue and fur have a beautiful patina commensurate with age. There are no cracks or other structural damage. The original factory paint is in wonderful condition with small chips (typical with this age of cast iron collectibles) as seen in the photos. Im very easy to get along with and Im guessing that the people who might make an offer are people that are familiar with the age, quality, rareness and just from the picture that this is an authentic piece of Hubley at its best. Here is an extremely rare and becoming very difficult to find antique front facing Fox Terrier Hubley cast iron door stop. This 100 year old gem is Hubley’s model #381, which is the very rare larger sized front-facing Fox Terrier model from the 1920’s to 1930’s. The extra large profile measures approximately 12″ long by 10″ high by 4 deep, and it weighs about 9 pounds! It has excellent detailed workmanship from the tip of his nose to his toes. This type of workmanship is what makes Hubleys creations so sought after and extremely collectible. Even the fur is three-dimensional! The hand painted detailed eyes, ears, pink tongue and prideful workmanship is what makes this beautiful door stop timeless, highly sought after and forever loved. There are no cracks or other structural damage. The original factory paint has chips (typical with this age of cast iron collectibles) as seen in the photos.
