An impressive antique cast door stop of a Medusa head with wings & serpents by Falkirk Scotland c1875. As found original condition with a lovely patina from age. I believe the gold paint to be original or at least very old. Stamped on the back Falkirk Foundry with a faintly visible Victorian impressed registration kite mark.
