Antique Cast Iron Doorstop, Lion and Serpant signed. Please review the pictures for a full and complete description I cannot make out what it is signed but it does have the markings that I will try to picture as accurately as possible nice and heavy stands approximately 9 inches high it’s approximately 7 and 1/2 in side to side and approximately three and a half inches in depth this is a very nice example and a very early example I don’t know what it represents I’m just not that smart ask any and all questions thank you for looking. Antique cast iron painted doorstop with a church and trees. 5 inches wide by 6 3/8 inches tall. Can is for size comparison only. There is fading to the paint with surface scratches and rust. On back some excess paint. Signed on bottom of the back side with what looks like R. Wood but not completely visible so not positive of the name. Paint looks old and may possibly be original. Antique Signed Hubley #296 Cast Iron Doorstop Girl Purse Lancaster Pennsylvania

Late 19th early 20th Century doorstop “296” (see picture #7) signed Hubley (see picture #6). It is about 4″ long x 3 1/8″ wide x 8 tall. It is in very good used condition. There is no damage. There are some small areas of missing/worn off paint. There are some light surface blemishes/stains. There is some light patina. This piece displays very well. My pictures don’t always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones. I do this often.
