Vintage Large 10in tall Cast Iron doorstop Boston Terrier Dog Hubley style

Vintage doorstop he is 10 in tall and 10 long he is cast iron and has weight to him (almost 8 lbs) there are scuffs and paint discoloration but over all he is awesome. Great gift for the Boston lovers and dog people in general.

HUBLEY Style Cast Iron BLACK CAT Door Stop – Art Deco – Halloween – Metal. 2 lbs 13.8 oz. 4/6/23 Update: I was not aware there are reproductions of this Cast Irons door stop, the screw on the back is a Flat slotted screw, I can’t see any markings on the inside, if there were the rust is covering them. The paint at a closer inspection is cracking, it’s possible it’s been painted over. Signs of use age wear and tear. It has rust in the inside. Could be painted, be used as a project or left as is. Please see all pictures for style, color and condition and remember that colors can vary from screen to screen. Antique Boston Terrier Bulldog Doorstop Cast Iron Excellent Paint Hubley Style

From a recent estate sale here in the Dallas area, here’s an antique large Boston Terrier or Bulldog doorstop which is similar to Hubley. The original paint is in good to excellent condition. I have not taken the doorstop apart to see if it is numbered. The dog measures about. Inches tall to the top of the ears and about 10. It weighs over 8 pounds before packing materials. The paint condition is very good to excellent condition with a few paint nicks here and there. There are no breaks or repairs. It is not marked.
