Hubley #347 ALL Original Vintage Cast Iron Doorstop Irish Setter Dog. 15 long
All original and untouched antique Hubley Setter cast iron doorstop. It is huge and gorgeous: 15 7/8 long. Both sides are properly marked: 347L and 347R. Original finish has great greenish patina over its original bronzed color and has some small rust spots in couple of places due to age and use. I broke off one of the bolts taking the doorstop apart for the picture purpose. Can be easily replaced if desired by a new owner. Even with one bolt in place the doorstop’s two half are snug and it stands solid as rock all together. Fantastic cast and guaranteed 100% authentic. Most of this very popular doorstop offered are reproductions. It is classic and harder and harder to find a real one in absolutely original condition as example I offer to you. Its size and quality cannot be replicated this days. Very large and heavy. Almost 16″ long (15 7/8″ to be exact)! Must have for a serious collector. This is a Fox Terrier puppy and he is in nice condition for his age. There are a few paint chips on his back leg but he is one of the nicest I have seen. This one is all original paint.
