Vintage Cast Iron Hubley Pointer Hunting Dog Door Stop
Measures approximately 14 7/8 inches long from tip of nose to end of tail. Height is approximately 8 1/2 inches. Great looking antique / original Hubley cast iron pointer dog statue / door stop. Cast iron molding has great details and has a tight and clean seam line. Original paint has a great finish and patina, but shows areas of loss and chipping. Dog has a creamy white body and black spots. Dog has a sweet facial expression and nicely painted brown eyes. Cast iron shows no signs of damages or repairs. Dog has no makers marks, but based off of its quality of craftsmanship and our research, we believe it to have been made by Hubley. Weighs 6 lbs, 5 oz by itself.
