Antique NATIONAL FOUNDRY Cast Iron CAT Doorstop STATUE SCULPTURE Sitting Kitty. I’ve found a vintage ad that these cats were originally offered with an unpainted version… Which I prefer to show the beautiful detail. These are fully weathered. I can remove the rust, or oil it on as is if desired. No foundry markings but this mold is generally associated with National Foundry. Phenomenal pair, grabs attention immediately in a room. Pair of 19th C Painted Cast Iron Lions Antique English Garden, Fireplace or Doorstop. This beautiful pair of cast iron English lions show 150 plus years of wear, chipped paint and iron pitting. There are no chips or cracks to the bodies. The lions themselves are in excellent condition. They are made of solid cast iron and show some of the original gold paint under the chipping black paint. One Lion is slightly taller and weighs slightly more each has a pad attached to the bottom. The pair of lions face each other with each resting a paw on a ball. These would make fantastic garden, fireplace or office decor. Dimensions: 8 inches long by 7 inches tall by 4 wide. Weighs: approximately 18 lbs each. Pair Of Vintage And Rare Cast Iron Planters Urns With Ruffled Edge And Old Paint

For sale is a matched pair of vintage cast iron planters in old green paint. I have never seen this style before. The ruffled edge is amazing. The color of both planters is identical. In the photos, the color varies depending upon the lighting. But when viewed side by side, they are identical. See photos 1 and 2. The planters stand 11-3/4″ high and 16-1/4″ wide at the top of the bowl. The planting bowl portion is about 10″ wide at the top and 5-14″ deep. These planters are made of thick cast iron. See the photos of the edges. At the lip, the cast iron thickness varies from 1/4″ to 3/8″ thick depending upon the location. Each planter weighs 36.5 lbs. They have a built in drain hole in the center. The bowl and the base were cast separately and then bolted together. Each planter has been fitted with new pair of slotted screw head bolts (1/4 20) to hold them together. The original bolts were badly degraded. Now they are ready for another 100 years of service. Given the odd sizes of the planters dimensions when measured in inches, these planters may have been made in Europe where metric is the rule. Please ask if you have any questions. Pair Vint Black Americana 10 1/4 CAST IRON JOCKEY FIGURES Doorstops or Bookends

10 1/4 Tall CAST IRON JOCKEY FIGURES. Combined these weigh about 6 ¾ pounds and have their original paint, probably from the early-to-mid 1900’s. The faces have very fine features and they look quite smashing in their trim custom jackets, pants and tall riding boots. I don’t see any maker’s name or mark although that could be under the green felt glued to the bases to protect the surface of whatever they are put on. They are also marked 18-12 Naughty, and 18-12 Nice along the bases. One is cast iron, the other cast aluminum. The taller one is 12. The other is 7″ tall x 12″ long. Pair Antique Cast Iron Dog German Shepherd Doorstops Original Condition Hubley

For sale is a pair of cast iron German Shepherd dog doorstops. They are close to a matching set but they are not quite identical. One of the dogs is held together with flathead screws but no screws are evident on the other dog. The one with the screws is slightly heavier than the other. Also the one with the screws is slightly more separated than the other. The one with the screws also doesn’t sit exactly flush on a surface but tilts a bit. I wasn’t able to find a maker’s mark on these, I would like to think they are Hubley but I’m not 100% sure that they are. Each dog measures 11″ long by 10″ tall. Please see pictures as there is paint loss on both dogs, especially on the feet. The one without the screws has more paint loss on the face and ears. Again, please see pictures for close ups.
