Offered here is a spectacular doorstop that is likely inspired by the Hobart line Lydia figure introduced by Ohio-based Weller Pottery in 1926. Weller’s popular dancer figure was named “Lydia”. You can google “Weller Hobart Lydia” to see the obvious likeness. The Lydia doorstop is cast iron with a bronze finish. Patina is very good – see photos It is quite large.
