Vintage Hubley Art Deco Cast Iron Silver Black Giraffe #425 Doorstop. Measures approximately 10.5″ tall x 5.5″ across x 2.5 deep. Flat back but giraffe is detailed on both front and back. Weighs approximately 4 lbs 8.5 oz. Stamped with the Hubley number “425” on back of base. There also appears to be the letters CSX lightly etched to the left of the 425. Condition: Some wear to black paint on base. Some tarnish and light surface corrosion/dulling on foliage surrounding giraffe (which may be how it was made – I’m not sure). Back of doorstop has a small black spot inside one of the giraffe spot. Item has not been cleaned. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Metalware\Cast Iron”.
