Fabulous Albany Foundry Solid Cast Iron Parrot. This is a beautiful and solid Cast Iron Tropical Parrot Bird Doorstop made by the Albany Foundry between 1910 and 1940. It is in sturdy condition with some paint loss as shown and nice aged patina. He measures 7 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches around the base. This doorstop weighs about 3 1/4 pounds.
