Hubley Doberman Pinscher Doorstop Cast Iron

This is a solid, functional Doberman Pinscher doorstop from the Hubley Manufacturing Company. The black and brown cast-iron doorstop is approximately 9 tall, with well-aligned and tight composition typical of Hubley quality. The Hubley Manufacturing Company, founded in 1894 in Lancaster, PA, was known for its cast-iron toys, particularly dogs and vehicles, as well as functional items like bookends and doorstops. The doorstops are often sought by interior designers and folk-art collectors, who appreciate their mass-produced but hand-painted quality. Pair Antique Bradley & Hubbard Parrot Bird Doorstop Cast Iron Cockatoo/Parakeet

These are a Pair of Antique Cast Iron Parrot Doorstops. They are in original unrestored condition. The Parakeet in the Ring is a Bradley & Hubbard, it has a brick sized solid base with an etched diamond design on top and the original rubber bumper doorstop. All original paint in good condition on both sides of the bird. The base is 7″l x 3″w and is 8″h with a 5 3/4″w circle. The other bird is a Cockatoo with all original paint which is a little worn.
