This is a proud Hubley Thoroughbred Cast Iron Doorstop in blood bay color with black forelock, mane, and tail. He has a nice blaze face and 2 whites fetlocks at the front. The face and mane show wonderful detail. This doorstop is in very good, solid condition. The original flathead screws hold tightly at the neck and flank. The neck screw is still covered by the original paint. The screw at the flank is partially revealed. There are no breaks and no cracks. There is some paint wear including points at the ears, nose and elsewhere as is expected on a piece of this age. He has a beautiful vintage look.
