Back of the base is marked “83”. Great piece for your collection! Condition: Good overall 100% original condition. The paint has long faded and has a deep color, and remains partially intact with some moderate loss throughout. There are some white paint specks on the top, and some mild oxidation throughout on the exposed iron. No cracks, chips, or breaks.
