Antique Cape Cod Old Salt Fisherman Cast Iron Doorstop. Has the Original Paint. This is an early one and NOT a reproduction. Measures 15″ tall x 5″. Made of cast iron. This super collectible model is approximately. 10″ tall, 10″ long, and 4 ½ wide. Weight is about 6 lb The paint is absolutely original with a fabulous patina. The screws are sealed in the original paint, its seams are tight and true. Great artistic details, wonderful body stance, large head, great eyes, mouth, tight seams, etc! There is some paint loss in some of the areas but the great looking patina of the paint and aged cast iron blend together wonderfully and only enhance its appeal. Condition can be seen in pictures and although we believe this rare find to be a hubley it is hard to know for sure since it’s unmarked like most. That’s all I know about this beauty besides it is 4 3/4″ tall by 4″ wide and 5 3/4 long. Very stocky and amazing dog. This is a must have piece for a collector. I pack all items super well and get on there way as soon as I can. Hello for sale a vintage Cast Iron HUBLEY Doorstop DOXIN DACHSHUND Dog #326 Made in USA. A true vintage original Hubley with all original paint and NO touch ups. A indoor only kept item. Original flat head screw never opened with made in USA stamp. All edges are smooth with clean even lines at seams. The dog was never cleaned and has no rusting. Measurements are 6 1/4″ tall and 9″ wide. A absolutely beautiful vintage hard to find piece. A excellent condition well cared for vintage item. Please ask any questions. Checkout my other items. For your consideration is this. Vintage Hubley Cast Iron Hunting Pointer Retriever Dog Doorstop Statue. Description: Fresh from a very nice estate is this well taken care of cast iron dog doorstop. Hand painted with white fur, black spots, and yellow eyes, this does stands in full pointing position. It was made in two halves, held tightly and securely together by two slotted screws. This dog measures approximately 8 1/2″ tall, 3 3/4″ wide, 15 tall, and weighs around 8 pounds. This piece will add that nostalgic and classic look that looks great in a home or office! Condition: Overall, this is a very nice piece. There is minor paint loss that is appropriate for its age and use. There is a little rust where the two halves meet on the underside of the dog.
