Antique cast iron racehorse & jockey doorstop original paint 14 door stop rare

Rare antique cast iron racehorse & jockey doorstop original paint 14″ tall – 12.5″ across the base. The metal is 3/8 on the horse & jockey, a bit thicker on the bottom. It is 10.5lbs. Some green paint loss at the base of the horse (grass)- other than that the original paint ins in very good shape- this has not been cleaned. There is no maker identification that I can find. Antique Judd Cast Iron Door Stop, Art Deco Era of a red and white uniformed hotel bell hop boy or young man. This door stop measures 4.25 x 3.5 inches at the base and the height is 9 inches. The back is numbered 1244 and the weight is 4 pounds, 7 ounces. This appears to have the original paint although there are several spots with paint loss and chipping, including on the chap’s face, sides and bottom as shown, probably was used for a long time to hold doors. He has a lot of wear on this face, so please look at the photos carefully for full condition. Despite wear, I really like the red and white color theme. Antique Hubley Littco Cast iron Scottish Terrier Scottie Dog Doorstop Original

This is an antique cast iron door stop in a Scottish Terrier or “Scottie” style. I believe this is Hubley or Littco based on other listings I’ve seen. There are no apparent brand markings on the exterior. It came from my 94 year old neighbor who had it forever. It weighs 9.6 pounds on my bathroom scale. Original paint with many chips due to age and usage. Predominantly black and white paint with red whiskers around nose and mouth. TWO flat head screws on dog’s right side–one back of jaw near ear, the other on side near leg. Two cast pieces put together. Please see 12 attached pictures, detailed and part of this description.
