Antique Boot Scraper Art Doorstop. Kitty kat proudly strutting with tail in the air. Nicely detailed double sided piece. Cast iron with two holes in bottom plate for mounting. Please view all twelve pictures to appreciate the piece. Show some wear with age and use noted. Appears to have been possibly repainted. During one of its nine lives. Cat weighs approximately 5lb 5oz. 9 1/4″ wide by 9 1/4″ tall. Gorgeous piece to display in your collection. Available for private inspection by appointment. Old original cast iron tulip basket door stop. Made by a company called Albany. All black door stop – havent seen on like this, most I see are colored. All original, shows age and patina.
