UP FOR SALE IS THIS FABULOUS DOORSTOP. IT COMES FROM MY GREAT AUNT’S HOME. COLORS ARE BLACK AND WHITE (POSSIBLY CREAM). HAS SOME PAINT LOSS AND SOME DINGS FROM USUAGE. THERE IS A SMALL SPOT OF GREEN OR BLUE ON THE DOGS FOREHEAD. IT WILL MOST LIKELY COME OFF, BUT I DID NOT WANT TO MESS WITH IT. DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE BEAUTIFUL CHARACTER. Early 1900’s Cast Iron Fisherman Doorstop 15 tall 13 lbs. From MASS summer home

This Cast Iron Old Salt Door Stop comes from my parents Scituate, Mass Summer Home and dates back over 75 years at least! This doorstop looks as if it could be used as a bank too by the slit in the bank. 15 inches tall and approximately 13 pounds. There is a name on the top of the base, I just can not read it as it’s been eroded from salt it seems like. The paint is in EXCELLENT condition.
