Heavy and solid cast iron fruit basket Doorstop with original multi color paint. Condition is very good considering its age with original factory painted colors. Very heavy solid piece measuring 9 7/8″ high X 6 1/4″ wide X 2 3/4 deep. This particular antique doorstop is documented in the encyclopedia of antique doorstops with a high book value. Normal wear as shown and offered in its as found and as is condition.

Up for sale is a wonderfully large antique original early 20th century solid cast iron figural doorstop. It’s a nice quality casting, is an extremely heavy piece, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The stop is in the form of a flower basket and, is in nice condition, and measures 12 inches tall by 11 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches back to front.
