RARE antique early 19TH century English brass and cast iron ornate doorstop

Up for sale is a very rare antique early 19th century English brass and cast iron doorstop. This ornate doorstop is cast out of thick brass and mounted to a solid cast iron base. It has a hand turned shaft with a scalloped finial and has acquired a lovely patina from age. Not magnetic at all. He is about 7.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide. Stands 2.25 inches. A lot of heft to this guy… Weighs 2.6 pounds. This is not a common item. Has a foundry mark on the bottom.
