Taylor Cook Cast Iron Doorstop c 1930 Walking Dog Original Paint Art Deco Desgin. The doorstop is their “Walking Dog” design which is one of Taylor Cook’s rare Art Deco inspired designs. The piece is well cast with crisp mold and nice detail to the pup’s stylized features. The hand painted finish is all original with a warm patina. The piece measures 7 ¾” long, 7 ¾” high and just under 2 ¼ deep at the base. The doorstop is in very good condition with no damage. The finish shows some pictured wear but overall is in very good original condition.
