Lovely original Edwardian Door Porter stop, great architectural design and all original patina and as shown the Rd mark of 604012 on the cast iron back which shows it was made in 1912, so just over 100 years old, it also says 8lb, it measures 11.5″ high and 4.5″ wide and 2.25 deep, the handle is canted forward for ease of use (as original) these are quite rare these days as so many were used (melted down) for the WW1 war effort, please view my other interesting items, thanks.
