Offered here is a very collectible Hubley doorstop. It is the cast iron “French Girl” and it is marked “23” on the backside. This doorstop is highly prized. Take a good look at the photos. The paint is in very good condition with some age appropriate wear. As you can see from the photos she has had a very gentile life with no face plants. Cast iron with a painted finish. I have included a photo from The Doorstop Book and Bertoia’s Doorstop book. This is far superior to either of the ones in the collecting books.
