Charming antique, 1920s Art Deco Judd dancing lady doorstop. It’s made of heavy, painted cast iron. Offering this beauty as is/as found. The biggest flaw is the paint chipping and loss, also crazing throughout the doorstop. There’s also some rusting on the bottom base from age. She measures 9 1/8 tall. With her arms she measures 7 3/8 wide. Her bottom base measures 4″ 5/8 long, the depth is 3″ 1/2 by 3 3/8 wide. The good news is she hasn’t been repainted. Her paint choppiness only add to her history and give her character. Please see the photos for the condition of the doorstop. Adds this Art Deco treasure to your home decor today. Vintage Judd Company doorstop. This full figured cast iron elephant in grass doorstop was made by the Judd Co. Not until the early 1910’s, did the company start making cast iron decorative products, such as doorstops, bookends, etc. Doorstops were marked with 4 numbers ranging from 1242 to 1296. This is marked on the back 1288. 7-1/8” long and 4-7/8” high. It weighs 7.6 pounds. Doorstop is in good condition with original paint. It is missing the rubber stoppers that goes in the two holes on the back. Uestions are welcome and thanks for the interest.

This is a nice antique cast iron doorstop in the shape of a Southern Lady in a Bell Dress. It was manufactured by CJO Judd and has the model number 1247. The doorstop is painted and depicts a lady in a dress. It was made in the United States and is a collectible item. In pretty good condition as the pics show with losses to the paint throughout and it comes exactly as shown. It measures 4 5/8″ x 3 3/4″ x 5 5/8.
