RARE ANTIQUE HUBLEY LEFT BOSTON TERRIER LOOKING FORWARD. Found at an estate sale. Rare Hubley antique cast iron Boston Terrier dog door stop. He is going left and his head is facing forward. He has some paint nicks. He measures approximately 10 1/2″ in height and approximately 9 1/4″ in length. No nicks, chips or cracks. Some very minor rust on one paint nick. Hubley Boston Terrier Cast Iron Doorstop Large Looking Straight Marked I. C. C. Co
This is another of my personal collection of cast iron items. This Boston Terrier measures 9 3/4 inches high by 10 inches long. There has been no touch ups or repaint to this two part casting doorstop. This doorstop has a green collar and gold stars around the collar. Look it over closely and you will find this doorstop to be rare and like the many Boston Terrier doorstops that Hubley of Lancaster Pa. It is one of a kind. Marked on the bottom. I show a picture from the Doorstop book by Nancy ad John Smith. The quality of the making closely resembles the quality of Hubley Doorstops.
