Huge American cast iron LION art statue / sculpture / doorstop, weighing in at 18 pounds and in excellent aged condition with normal wear as shown. These very rare cast iron lions, upon request, were hand poured with an additional 6 pounds of iron for the purpose of holding back very heavy doors. These are exceedingly rare and were specially ordered. It is extremely heavy, thick, strong and well made. Wonderful cast iron artistic detailing. Rare and Hard to Find Antique HUBLEY LARGE Cast Iron PEKINGESE DOG DOORSTOP. This was made from a two piece molded and held together with flat head screws as seen photos. There is some chips and scratches in the paint as shown in my photos, but in all this dog doorstop is in very good condition with no cracks, repairs, holes, etc in the cast iron itself. 14″ long x 10″ high x5 wide.
