This is a large figure of a Fisherman in a Yellow Slicker and a matching hat with black boots. Standing on a rock/platform. His hands are in his pockets. This is cast iron painted. There are no apparent makers marks or other distinguishable markings. Stands about 15 inches high. 5.25″ W x 15.0″ H x 4.25 D. (no extra charge) Anyone into doorstops, fishing or just looking for something heavy to hold a door open, this is it! An example of this piece is shown in “The Doorstop Book” by John & Nancy Smith on page 241. In very good condition with some scattered paint loss, mainly to the base edge.
