A large and heavy antique Victorian period solid cast iron doorstop standing at a maximum height of 15.75 in (400 mm). It is in the form of a Scotsman i. Scottish soldier or Highlander standing with a lance in one hand while his other hand rests on a rocky outcrop with thistles to the base. The base has a maximum length of approximately 12.75 in (325 mm) and width of 3 in (75 mm).
