An unusual cast iron Victorian door stop probably depicting the commemoration of a wartime victory. The laurel wreath handle encloses a fleur-de-lys above various weaponry, spears, a cutlass and canons with canon balls at the base. On the back is the Reg No 183576 and the Victorian lozenge Design Registration Mark which is rather illegible. Dimensions: Height 44cm, width at base 24cm, depth at base 13cm.
