Description: Antique and very rare cast iron doorstop cast in the form of an English Bulldog. The Bulldog is in great condition with its original paint. The detail and patina on the piece is great. This is piece weighs about 4.5 pounds. This vintage doorstop is represented in John and Nancy Smith’s book “The Doorstop Book: An Encyclopedia of Doorstop Collecting” Published by Schieffer Books, Atglen, PA in 2006.
