A fantastic antique/old vintage Hubley cast iron full body cat doorstop with original paint. Beautifully painted light blue eyes. White and soft gray body. Marked HUBLEY & 302 inside body, see pic, it is hard to read in pic, number is incised above Hubley. No breakage, nice tight seams! No touch up painting. Paint chipping throughout as one has to expect to find, much better than most others I have seen online. Coloring overall retains it’s “brightness” also more than other examples. Pose, modeling and crisp casting is great. Staining spot at tail in center. Not sure if that would clean off some or not. I have only wiped the cat with a damp cloth and leave any further cleaning to new owner if desired. No wax or anything on the finish. Inside has light surface rust, again leave to new owner any cleaning. I have given many pics, please look them over for condition of original paint. Love the eye painting.
