ANTIQUE HUBLEY SOLID CAST IRON COCKER SPANIEL DOG DOORSTOP. This lovely dog weighs 5 lbs and is 7 inches long by 4 inches high at head by about 2 inches wide. The paint is all original (no touch-ups) and in very good condition overall, with a few isolated spots that have worn thin or chipped off (see photos). Details are clear and sharp, including the red collar, red line of the mouth, and black eyes with white and red highlights. The wavy fur is nicely detailed as well. On the bottom of each foot is an adhesive felt pad to prevent scratching surfaces, but these are easily removable if desired. An extremely good specimen of this highly collectible Hubley door stop.
