This is an original Hubley Cocker Spaniel with original paint. This is guaranteed an old one. The paint is in great shape. The detail in the casting of the dog is fantastic, the dog looks real. The bottom of the paws shows no paint and has the high spots polished. As the dog slide around the paint on the bottom would be worn off and the high spots on the bottom get polished, this is a great tool for recognizing early cast iron figures. It is 6 ¾ inches long by 4 ½ inches high. Being solid cast iron, it is heavy, about 5 pounds, making for a great door stop. Return will be accepted if it is not as described.
