1900 Heavy Arts & Crafts Period Painted Cast Iron Door Stop. ARTIFACT: Nice circa 1900 Arts & Crafts Period cast iron door stop. The heavy cast iron stop is painted in lovely orange, blue and teal green colors and features a design inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright or the Roycroft Rose Pattern. VINTAGE: Circa 1930s – WWII. SIZE: Approximately 9 x 4 ½; Base: 3 ½ x 2. CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Painted cast iron. CONDITION: 8- (Very FineExcellent): The door stop shows minor to moderate wear, nearly all the painted details remain intact. There appear to be paint markings on the side of the base.
