DOUBLE rare BOOT SCRAPER equestrian Texas ADIRONDACK doorstop VICTORIAN 1800’s

MEASUREMENTS: 16-3/4 Wide at its widest x 13 TALL 8-3/4 round base EXCELLENT FINE OLD CASTING APPROX. WEIGHT 14.6 LBS. BOTH OF THE BOOT SCRAP IRON STRIPS ARE IN A DOWNWARD UPSIDE DOWN (V) SHAPE THAT STRETCHES OUT OVER A DETAILED PIERCED SCROLL IRONWORK DESIGN IN GREAT CONDITION HAVING NO PITTING OR BREAKS, HOWEVER THERE IS AN APPROX. (+ or -) CHIP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FANCY SCROLL WORK (About the size of a tip of a finger nail) – see photo #9 I just mention this for accuracy as it is hardly noticeable… THIS IS A RARE AND HARD TO FIND ITEM IN VERY GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION WITH SURFACE BLACK PAINT WEAR SHOWING A YELLOWISH / GOLD COLOR BENEATH THE BOTTOM OF THIS BOOT SCRAPPER HAS WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE ITS ORIGINAL GREEN PAINT / A TRUE ANTIQUE. Horse Tie Carriage & Buggy Weight door stop 14.5 lbs scale old vintage 1800’s. This horse tie weight was made from cast iron over 100 years ago and has achieved a great vintage look. It would add rustic country charm and a focal point in your home or stable. The ring on the top was hand forged by a blacksmith. It has a nice rustic texture and the cast iron has weathered and “aged” look. The weight is 3 1/2″ tall and is 5 3/4″ in diameter. It is 14 pounds 5 ounces.
