Rare antique late 1800's solid cast iron girl with basket heavy figural doorstop
Up for sale is a wonderful antique late 19th century solid cast iron figural doorstop. It’s a nice quality casting, is a heavy piece, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The stop is in the form of a young girl standing on a grass designed base tightly holding a basket in her hand. It is in nice condition and measures 9 3/4 inches tall by 5 inches wide by 2 inches thick. The piece has been repainted but is a very early repaint.
