RARE Antique 1927 Cast Iron GREENBLATT Studio Doorstop, Sitting BLACK CAT

RARE Antique 1927 Cast Iron GREENBLATT Studio Doorstop, Sitting BLACK CAT. I was only able to find a couple other examples of this antique, early 20th century, Cast Iron Black Cat Doorstop online. Measuring 9″ tall by 7″ wide this Cast Iron Doorstop was made by Greenblatt Studios in 1927. We have looked closely at the paint on this doorstop and are a little confused. The black looks to be original, but the facial features seem to be a later re-paint. There are no other issues or any restorations to the Cast Iron and to make sure some eBayer adds this rare, Greenblatt Cast Iron Black Cat Doorstop to their collection, it has been listed with no reserve!
