Antique Cast Iron Malamute Dog Doorstop – Signed 1931 by Dick Bros. Charming and expressive, this antique cast iron doorstop features a sitting Malamute dog with great sculptural detail and a loyal gaze. Signed and dated on the side. 11 3/4″ tall x 4 1/2″ wide. Condition: Antique, used condition with age-appropriate paint loss and typical yellowing to the paint finish, consistent with age and original use. A solid and heavy piece, full of early 20th-century character. Perfect for collectors of vintage Americana, dog-themed decor, or early Dick Brothers pieces.

Vintage Pair Bookends Boy Girl Reading (hubley Artline) Doorstops Cast Iron

VINTAGE PAIR BOOKENDS BOY READING GIRL READING. Cast Iron with combined weight of approx. Unmarked (I see similiar pairs attibuted to Hubley Artline). The boy measure approx. 5 1/2 inches high and 6 1/2 inches long. The girl measures approx. 5 1/2 inches high and 6 inches long. I believe that the pair were made as bookends but could also function as decorative doorstops when considering the material and weight. Paint is chipped away in many places on the figurines. Photos show all sides of the figurines and top and bottom views. Zoom in on photos to assess condition and as part of the full description. I attempted to describe it to the best of my ability and based on my research. Local pick-up is available.

VINTAGE 1930 Cast Iron GNOME DOOR STOP Signed DICK BROTHERS Reading PA

This is a dated cast iron door stop of a charming Gnome. It measures 10.5″ by 5″ wide and he is a flat back door stop but nice and heavy. There is paint loss, no cracks or repairs. It is dated “1930, Dick Brothers, Reading PA” on the back about waist high. He is authentic and not a reproduction. Please see pix for condition. Please view my other collectibles listed.
