Offered is an antique cast iron figural doorstop in the form of an anxious dog guarding a large bone, MUTT and HIS BONE. Unmarked by the maker, I believe this cast iron doorstop, in original paint, was manufactured by HUBLEY circa the 1920s, The doorstop measures approx. 8.5 inches tall at tip of the dogs ear and 6.5 inches wide at the base. Condition is good, as shown. There is some paint loss and wear commensurate with age and use.
