Vintage Pair (2) Cast Iron Parrot Door Stops Bookends Original Finish

Great Pair (2) of heavy Cast Iron Parrot Doorstops or Bookends. However, I can not locate a number or maker mark on the pair. The Parrots are in used condition, there is paint lost, light surface rusting and a few dings and such in the cast iron. They have awesome vintage appeal and could be used in so many ways for your home decor’ – doorstop, bookend, shelf decor, paperweight, etc. Parrots measure approximately 6 1/4″ tall, 2 1/2″ wide, and 2 1/2 deep, they are heavy weighing almost 2 pounds each! Antique early 1900s Cast Iron Boy Girl door stops, bookends, all original

All original set of iron door stops or bookends. The set weighs over 6 lb without Packaging. Judging from the dress of the children and the colors, I believe these bookends are from the early nineteen hundreds. I have double-checked with the pictures found of children’s fashions in early 1900s. There is quite a bit of scuffing on each piece, as shown in the photographs. The figure of the girl has an imprint of 101 on the backside. The boy has an imprint of 02. Antique vintage Art Deco cast iron Greyhound or Whippet Dog bookends doorstops

Stunning pair of Art Deco cast iron Greyhound Dogs or Whippet Dogs that can be used as bookends or doorstops. They are not marked. They are very heavy pieces and are nicely detailed with lovely workmanship and still have traces of original paint. The are 5 14/” tall and are 7 3/4″ wide and are 1 deep. They each have a small irregular bump of cast iron on one bottom corner They are heavy and will weigh just under 6lbs.
