ITEM : For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage one-of-a-kind cast iron cat sculpture / door stop. It came from an estate of an artist in Springfield, Illinois. Colors: Multi (see photos). The item does not appear to be signed insofar as we’ve been able to detect. 17.5″ tall x 8″ wide x 5 deep, and weighs approx. CONDITION : Good, all-original, vintage condition – no breaks, repairs, etc. Displays really well, and is ready to be enjoyed. Antique figural cast iron door stop. This piece takes the form of a bulldog in all its tough glory. It features high levels of detail in regards to the face and muscle tone, and sits on a small platform. It is believed to have been painted at one point in time, but the majority of this has been lost to time, save for the eyes. Exhibits minor signs of wear including paint loss and patina. 10.25″ W x 2.5″ D x 7.75 H Please refer to photos regarding condition.
